Coaching Enterprise Architects is a team of coaches who will empower you with the knowledge, skills and ability to achieve business success through practical enterprise architecture.

 

They have courses in the following areas:

• Embedding an EA Practice: this course enables you to learn how to take the first steps to establish your successful Enterprise Architecture practice. This is a 16 hour online course delivered in 2 hour packages twice a week. 

• AI and Data Strategy: This course enables you to to develop a strategy from an Enterprise Architect's perspective that can enable the transformational forces of AI and Data to be embraced by your organisation. This is an 8 hour online course delivered in 2 hour packages once a week.  

• Influencing Skills for Architects:  This course will show you the importance of personal and inter-personal skills for your success as an Enterprise Architect. This is an 8 hour online course delivered in 2 hour packages once a week.
